​Our Director Kirsten has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the Engineering & Manufacturing sectors, having worked within these industries throughout her 11 years in Recruitment so far. Having previously worked for a number of agencies within the Midlands area, she decided it was time to take the plunge and inject her experience and passion into her own business!

Kirsten is a Mum to a special little boy called Archie, and (FUN FACT) he was the inspiration behind the name of the business! When she isn't working, or running around taking Archie to his many social events - Kirsten loves a very large G&T and a bit of bingeworthy TV!
