Arch Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for an Inspection Manager for a Manufacturing company based in Coventry. You will efficiently and effectively manage the inspection areas and activities throughout company, ensuring all company targets are met and quality procedures are to customers specification and satisfaction.

Role responsibilities –
• For the role of Inspection Manager, you will be working closely with the Quality Manager and supporting with the management of the Inspection team.
• You will be assisting and resolving any technical issues as and when they arise.
• You will maintain the calibration systems and raise any issues for the role of Inspection Manager.
• For the role of Inspection Manager, you will ensure the CMM programs are secured correctly.

Role requirements –
• A strong knowledge of Inspection processes and route cards is required for the Inspection Manager role
• Extensive background within Inspection, and precision manufacturing such as Aerospace or Oil & Gas is required for the Inspection Manager role.
• Experience leading a team is required for the Inspection Manager role.
• Good communication skills are required.
