We are currently looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer, this role would suit somebody who is familiar working on fine detail components, predominantly plastic, and providing high quality finishes. A thorough understanding and working knowledge of the process is essential.
Role requirements –
- Experience in wet paint component spraying, spraying a variety of materials is required for the Paint Sprayer role.
- For the role of Paint Sprayer, you will have a good knowledge of application of various paint materials - primers / solid colours / metallic finishes / soft feel etc.
- Use of 1k & 2k paint material systems & mixing procedures is required for the Paint Sprayer role.
- Ability to prepare components before spraying is required.
- Spraying various components, some with intricate features, including one offs and bulk work
- Excellent attention to detail is required for the Paint Sprayer role.
- Ensure high standards are maintained
- Willing to listen and learn, able to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team, with respect for other team members always.
- Health and Safety and environmental awareness
- Be physically capable of moving jigs and equipment
- Good time management and organisation skills are required for the Paint Sprayer role.
- Discretion and flexibility
- Willingness to work overtime as required
